If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, Casa de Linos will be happy to accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. Please make sure the items are shipped back in perfect condition and exactly as delivered to you. They should not be washed, used, worn or damaged. Make sure you include all additional labels and original packaging. As soon as we receive the items back and evaluate their condition, we will contact you through the email address you have already provided us and continue with the refund process. Refunds are issued for the full selling price. The money will be deposited in the original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to process. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and additional import taxes. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If you have received an item with a manufacturer’s defect* — e.g. wrong size, wrong color, broken stitches, open seams, etc. — you are eligible for a full refund, including all shipping and handling costs. Discoloration and shrinkage are typically not considered a manufacturer’s defect as they usually occur after washing items in hot temperatures and using strong detergents.

When can I return a product?

You may contact us about returning an order within 10 days after delivery. Please make sure you ship items back within 30 days after delivery. You can also request for a cancellation within 2 days after purchasing and placing an order.

How can I return an item?

When shipping back an item, use a carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend obtaininga tracking number from your carrier. Please use the shipping address written on the package

you received. Items lost in transit are not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to reduce your refund in order to compensate for any damage the items may have experienced during the process of return.
